WASTE STONE
Recycling and sustainability is a key part of our business.
As part of our dedication to ensure that we keep the highest levels of workmanship standards, it’s imperative that we hold a Waste Carrier Licence.
This means we can transport and dispose of our waste materials appropriately, in an effort to reduce harm on the environment and health. Our waste stone is then recycled and typically used in road scalpings etc…
POLISHED WATER
In our workshop, we have a fully automated Dal Prete Mini Compact L 3.0 Water Treatment plant. This system polishes (recycles) the water. It’s truly amazing and a game changer for water recycling in the stone fabrication industry.
The facility cleans up to 160 Gallon Per Minute Unit! It’s simple, intuitive, automatic and always guarantees a clean work place.
THE PROCESS
The wastewater, coming from our state-of-the-art machines designed for the processing of raw materials, flows into the clarification plant. Here the powder and particles of processed material are collected.
The dehydration process in which the sludge becomes solid takes place inside the filter press. The clarified water returns to the processing circuit of the machines, therefore lengthening their life cycles. All of this is done without introducing new water into the circuit.
